As Valentine’s Day 2018 will fall on the day after Mardi Gras, we encourage you to ship any pacakges to your students early (especially perishable items). To avoid Mardi Gras-related delays, send items so that they arrive by Friday, February 9th.
All deliveries to students living on campus, including flowers and perishable items like bakery items and fruit baskets, must be sent to the student's mailing address with their mailbox number. Please do not send items addressed to residence halls as the front desks do not accept deliveries. Please be sure to include the student's contact phone number so that Mail Services can call to let your student know they have a perishable item, in addition to emailing the notice we routinely send for all packages.
