Student Mail

Students living on Tulane University's uptown campus will receive a unique mail code. This mail code will be part of every residential student's Tulane address. The mail information packet sent ahead of move-in includes assigned mail codes and how to have mail addressed to students.

Packages received after student move-in will be received, processed, and made available for pick-up from one of the Mail Services locations on campus. These include package lockers located in the Lavin-Bernick Center, at the Diboll Complex, and the Mail Services pickup counter located on the north side of the first floor of Warren Hall. Please be sure to follow Mail Services policies when shipping and receiving mail at Tulane.

Read Our Policies

We've gathered resources on the most common student mail needs and have provided them below: how to ship to our Amazon lockers and from other vendors, tracking packages, and accessing our most-used forms.

Amazon & Other Vendors

Students can ship packages directly to the Amazon lockers on campus. These items will be available for up to three days in the lockers. When using the Amazon ordering portal, do not input the locker address. Instead, please choose one of the Amazon locker locations at checkout:

  • DIBOLL: Located on the south side of Diboll Parking Complex, facing the Aron Residence building.
  • STERN: Located under the Percival Stern Hall breezeway, behind PJ's Coffee of New Orleans.

Please select shipping when ordering from vendors (Walmart, Target, etc.) to ensure you receive your items. Also, remember to use your mail code and address as indicated in your move-in packet.

If you receive a message from a third-party shipping provider (UPS, USPS, Amazon, FedEx, etc.) or vendor that provides shipping, this means we are processing your package, but it is not yet available for pickup. You will receive an email from tulanepackages@sclintra.com once your package has been processed and is ready for pickup.
