Mail Services IDA Recovery Update 

If you were expecting deliveries in the past few weeks, please track those items via the carrier tracking number to determine if they were delivered to campus or returned to sender.

Items that were delivered to campus prior to or after the storm are being held in several off-campus locations and may not be immediately available upon your return.

You will receive a pick-up notice in your Tulane email once they are available, with the location and pick-up procedures.


Mail and package delivery services in our area are still in flux, but most major carriers are back operating in a limited capacity at this time.

Downtown Mail in Tidewater 802 has returned to regular services  as of Monday, September 13 

Warren Mail Room- Hours of Operation 

Monday-Friday, September 27- October 1- 9am-6pm

Saturday, October 2- 10am-2pm
