Important message to students & shippers:

Please be sure that the recipient student's complete first and last name and mail code number appears in the address for all items sent. Items missing vital information will be subject to delays.

Please be sure that the student name and no other name appears in the address. Unidentified packages are returned to the sender if unclaimed within 5 days.

Remember Mail Services only accepts packages for students currently living in Tulane campus housing. Off campus students must make alternative arrangements for package and mail delivery.

Hours of operation:  Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday, September 10th, 17th, 24th-10am-2pm

If you receive a message from a third party delivery provider (UPS, USPS, AMAZON, FEDEX), this means we are processing your package but it is not yet available for pickup.

You will receive an email from tulanepackages@sclintra.com once your package has been processed and is ready for pickup.

 

 

 

 

 

All Students, please review the list of Prohibited Items , these include futons and other furniture over 50lbs. (items are automatically returned to the sender)

 

If you are looking for certain item you should have received please fill out a package tracer form we will begin a search and contact you.

Fall Move-In Latest Updates

 

UPDATES:

8/15/22- Items arriving after the ship to room window are being staged for pick up by your move in day. Items will be at Warren or Parcel lockers, please wait for an email before coming to pick up an item.

7/30/22- Receiving for In Room Delivery has now ended, items are being delivered to rooms this week. You will receive emails as items are delivered to your room, you may get more than 1 email as items are delivered.

7/25/22- This is the last week to receive items for in -room delivery, all items must be received by close of business, Friday, July 29.

7/18/22- DO NOT USE DOOR DASH TO DELIVER ITEMS TO CAMPUS, THESE WILL BE REFUSED

7/13/22- Our remote receiving locations are now online and processing packages received and staging for room delivery.

7/8/22- We ask that you do not order Dormify before July 11. Orders are shipping early, we do not have access to our storage facility until 7/13.

7/7/22- Please use the address and Mail code provided in your packet shipping instructions, items should not be sent to any other address.

7/5/22- Students wishing to drop items off from 7/13-7/29 rather than ship, should email mailbox@tulane.edu for more information and instructions.

7/5/22- Incoming student shipping packets are being emailed to the student's Tulane email today.

6/30/22- Incoming student packets have been mailed to permanent addresses, expect the email version by the end of the day on July 5, 2022

6/28/22 - Student Ship to School packet with complete instructions are being sent out the first week of July. Be sure to check your tulane.edu email. Incoming students will also receive a packet by US Mail.
