All Tulane faculty and staff are served by Tulane Mail Services. Each department is assigned a unique 4-digit code to identify their mail and packages.
General Mail Information
Outbound Mail & Parcels
Outbound services, including metering, and shipping, are available to University departments using the Mail Transmittal Form. Each campus has a centrally located mail location to coordinate and provide these key services.
Interdepartmental Mail
Interoffice envelopes are picked up and delivered daily to departmental mail drop-off locations. Interoffice envelopes must have the recipient’s name and department name to be considered correctly addressed.
Mail Codes
Mail Services issues mail codes to all university departments, sections, and business units. To request a mail code, use the Tulane Department and Business Unit Mail Code Form.
Package Tracking
To track a missing incoming package, faculty, staff, and departments may use the Department Item Search Request Form.
