Mail Services Lockers

Many smaller packages will be available for pick-up in the mail parcel lockers on the garden level of the Lavin-Bernick Center and Diboll Parking Area. Overflow and oversized items and letter mail will be available to pick up in the Warren Mail Center. Please read your delivery notification emails from packages@tulane.edu closely to find out where to retrieve your items!

Two Amazon-operated locker bays are also available for student use, Diboll Locker on the south side of the Diboll Parking Garage, and Stern Locker under Stern Hall. If available, please select one of these lockers when ordering from Amazon. DO NOT TRY AND SHIP DIRECTLY TO THE ADDRESS OF THESE LOCKERS. YOU MUSE CHOOSE THE LOCKER NAME FROM THE AMAZON WEB SITE.

What does this mean for residential students?

24/7 access to lockers will increase efficiency, reduce long lines at Warren and allowing students the opportunity to pick up your mail at a time that fits their schedule.

When items are delivered to the lockers and ready to pick up, students will receive an email from either Amazon (for Amazon deliveries) or packages@tulane.edu (for all other deliveries). This email will let you know which locker bay your items were delivered to and provide detailed instructions for pick-up.

What about off-campus students?

Off-campus students will be able to use the Amazon lockers. The Mail Services lockers in the LBC will not be available to off-campus students.
