Mail Services Lockers

Following the opening of the Commons, Bruff Commons will be demolished to make way for the construction of a new residential complex. During the fall of 2019, Mail Services operations will move to a newly-built space on the north side of Warren Residence Hall. Delivery of most letter mail and packages will move to a distributed locker system.

Starting Monday, November 11, 2019, most letter mail and packages will be available for pick-up in the new mail lockers on the garden level of the Lavin-Bernick Center. Overflow and oversized items will be available in Bruff Commons until further notice. Please read your delivery notification emails from packages@tulane.edu closely to find out where to retrieve your items!

In October 2019,  two Amazon-operated locker bays were installed, Diboll Locker on the south side of the Diboll Parking Garage, and Stern Locker under Stern Hall. If available, please select one of these lockers when ordering from Amazon.

What does this mean for residential students?

Once the locker system is implemented, 24/7 access to lockers will increase efficiency, eliminate long lines at Bruff, and allowing students the opportunity to pick up your mail at a time that fits their schedule.

When items are delivered to the lockers and ready to pick up, students will receive an email from either Amazon (for Amazon deliveries) or packages@tulane.edu (for all other deliveries). This email will let you know which locker bay your items were delivered to and provide detailed instructions for pick-up.

What about off-campus students?

Off-campus students will be able to use the Amazon lockers. The Mail Services lockers in the LBC will not be available to off-campus students.

How do I use the Amazon lockers?

To use the Amazon lockers, Tulane students just have to follow these simple steps when shopping on Amazon:
