Tulane Mail Services processes incoming packages from all carriers. Whether you are shipping to your student through USPS, FedEx, or UPS, we have the resources to assist you.

Shipping Reminders

Please select shipping when ordering from vendors (Walmart, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, etc.) to ensure you receive your items. Also, remember to use your mail code as indicated in your move-in packet.  
 
If you receive a message from a third-party shipping provider (UPS, USPS, Amazon, FedEx, etc.) or vendor that provides shipping, this means we are processing your package, but it is not yet available for pickup. You will receive an email from tulanepackages@sclintra.com once your package has been processed and is ready for pickup.

Mail Service Update: Provides real time mail service updates to make mailers aware of service suspensions at Post Offices for any reason, including natural disasters such as floods or fires.

FedEx Homepage: Provides quick access to Create a Shipment, Schedule a Pick-up, Order Shipping Supplies, File a Claim on a Package, and Track a Shipment. Most tools require logging into a FedEx account.
