Tulane Mail Services has expanded student package pickup options with two new self-service parcel lockers located on the uptown campus. These lockers make it easier and more convenient for students to retrieve packages close to their residence halls. Students will receive a notification email when a package is available, including the locker location for pickup.
Locker Locations
Parcel lockers are currently located at the following areas:
- Lavin-Bernick Center
- Diboll Garage Complex
- River Hall
- Bayou Hall

How Student Package Lockers Work
- Mail Services processes your package as usual.
- When your package is ready, you’ll receive an email notification.
- The email will tell you which locker location to visit.
- Follow the instructions in the message to retrieve your package from the locker.
