Fall Move in- Ship to Room

What is the Fall Move in Ship to Room Program?

Because students are unable to drive directly to their residence hall front door, Mail Services and Housing and Residence Life offer delivery of packages to your residence hall room prior to your move in day.

You can ship up to 6 boxes that will be delivered to your room for no extra delivery charges (shipping is not included).

In early July,  Ship to Room instruction packets and student campus mailing addresses will be sent to home address & student tulane.edu email for all new students living on campus, returning students will also receive the information to their tulane.edu email.

When can I ship?

Items to qualify for the room delivery service must arrive no earlier than July 12 and no later than July 28

Items received after July 28 will need to picked up from Mail Services, please check your Tulane email for notices with a location and directions when your item is available.

How can I ship?

For items shipped from home, Tulane Mail Services offers an online shipping portal with access to discounted FedEx Ground shipping and enhanced tracking.
